Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the baysdental.co.nz website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Bays Dental (“Bays Dental”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Do we use web beacons or tracking pixels?

Our top priority is customer data security and, as such, we exercise the no logs policy. We may process only minimal user data, only as much as it is absolutely necessary to maintain the Website and Services.
