Payment Plans to allow financial freedom

We are open about costs and provide treatment plans with pricing so that you can budget.
Even so, we know money can get in the way of healthy, beautiful teeth.

We have a few ways to help:

1. We accept Visa and Mastercard and do not add a surcharge to credit card fees
2. We have Eftpos facilities and accept cash (No cash accepted during Covid Alert Level 3 & 4)

3. Interest free finance is made achievable with Q Card after preapproval of your treatment plan from Bays Dental (there is an % admin fee)*
​
4. With our in-house payment plans you only pay a 50% deposit. Depending on the remaining amount, you then pay off the rest over 3-6months in easy weekly, fortnightly or monthly installments, using online banking automatic payments.

Need more information or would like to apply for Q-card?
ACC
Bays Dental is a registered ACC provider. Some treatments still incur a surcharge. Your Dentist will advise you when we see you for your consultation.
Southern Cross Healthcare Easy Claim
Just bring your Southern Cross membership card and/or number and we will process your claim for you after your appointment
Ministry of Health Free Dental Care
We can provide yearly free dental care for eligible secondary school students (School year 9- year 13) up to their 18th birthday. Please contact us for more details about eligibility and free visits.

WINZ
If you are eligible, up to $1000 of your dental costs might be covered by the MSD.

We can provide Winz quotes after a paid consultation had be completed.
You can then take your quote to your case worker for approval.
Once we receive payment from Winz, we can start your treatment.
