The Truth About Snacking

Could your snacking habits be causing havoc on your teeth? 8 small meals a day is apparently better for your metabolism and your diet. Unfortunately this is the opposite for your teeth... It's not about WHAT you're eating, but HOW OFTEN (the frequency) you're eating that is rotting your teeth. Scoffing down a whole bag of grapes in one sitting, is better on your teeth than 1 single grape every 5 minutes for 3 hours. This is because your teeth don't get a break from sugar/carbohydrates for 3 hours (snacking) compared to 30mins (quick meal). Check out this Blog for more handy tips and tricks.
